Aircel cheated me must refund my money

Sir, my no. is 9614831344. I’ve recharged my no with stv37 in which the call rate will be 1.2p/2s for a2o & 1.2p/3s for a2a.
But here is the problem, my call rate hasn’t change till now (30p/min a2o & 10p/min a2a is charged). Whenever I complained to the customer care they always said your call charge is cutted as per the stv37 plan. But they denied my complaints. I’ve asked for senior officer, always said that they are busy. Poor behaviour.

They must say sorry to me. And my loss of money must be return
