Name of company/service: Aircel

My number is 9614128911. I had recharged Rs. 98 (unlimited surfing & downloading net pack) for 1 month on 14 May, 2013. But while net surfing & downloading, this telecom company( Aircel) had deducted my full main balance i.e Rs. 105 on 1 June 2013. I tryed contineously to re-solve the same by calling their customer care but unable to do that. Infact they are unable to solve my problem. Firstly I called their customer care no. 9851012345. But they are unable to solve the problem and advised to call 198. But after trying almost 70-80 times I cannot reach them.

Please Help…
