I recently purchased Aircel sim, 8892637097 , I tried to recharge for 997(3G internet) on 31st august (KAR1207311323). transaction was not successful and I got a message saying the amount would be credited back withinn 5 working days. but till date nothing has happened.
I sent an email along with the bank statement.I got reply from them saying that I’ll get refund

Till date I have called them N number of times..no one responds to me properly all the voice agents and supervisors are very very dumb…..they keep me on hold for 30 minutes and disconnect the call. and I have wasted Rs 60 curreny in my airtel number..
I’m tired of trying to contact them…. can anyone give me their mangers phone number……. or help mewith this
