I had taken the service of ‘AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS LTD’ to move from Kolkata to Bangalore. Along with the payment we did an insurance worth Rs.50,000. When the shipment was delivered, the New Godrej computer table and wooden rack were broken. They came to survey and took the broken parts, never to return again. It has been almost a year and even with innumerable follow ups, it has not been resolved, nor the insurance money paid.
Finally the following person said that he will look into the matter. However, now he does not receive the phone call or pretends that he is unable to hear me.
