sir, i have purchased a samsung 32″ LCD TV six months back. while watching TV smoke came out from the TV and immediately we informed the Service centre. the TV is in the warrenty period. the engineer came and took away the damaged part and after few days after the repeated enquiries the service provider told us that the part got damaged due to the fluctuation of electricity and the company will not replace the damaged part.ifnot we pay Rs8000. in the warrenty card there is no mention that the comapny is not responsible if the part got damaged due to elctric faults. and i cannot agree to their finding that it was due to fluctuation of elecricity because in our centre there were at that time computers, laptops fridge,fans and tubes etc were also in use. and in the past also there were no such compalints.
my request is to take proper steps so that my computer may get repaired and the company may never cheat the consumers in the future
