against reliance cdma pre paid services

I m using a reliance prepaid cdma mobile connection for last 2 years. during this entire period, I suffered a lot by the reliance. Always they use to call and send the SMS without any reason. Sometime, it comes after 12 am. Apart from this, often, they deduct the balance automatically. Several time I complained regarding this and requested to activate DND, but they didn’t. Now I approached you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
