i m airtel subscriber from last 3 4 years since yesterday(7 oct 2013) i ve to face the problem of internet connection.i ve logged a complaint.today when their executive/engg came to me.he rectified that its modem problem and we cant interchange due to new companies policy.he said if u pay 850 then we”ll change it.none of the airtel subscriber know companies policy nor the company intemate the changes by mail or phone.it affects my business and it creates me mentally disturbance also kindly resolve it asap

    I bought Airtel 3g dongle with mobile account no:1039744962 in April, 2013. I used it till May. In May [month end] I shifted to navi mumbai, near vashi. And had network issue with airtel dongle because of which I was unable to surf internet. I called airtel representative at end of May, 2013 and asked them to stop services. Which was stoped in June. When I surrendered dongle to vashi airtel gallery I asked them to use deposit [which was taken while purchasing the dongle] to balance out the bill. At that time Airtel representative said ok. In July, I got a bill of 2220 Rs. and a court notice with a reference number of Rima Shetty. I called Rima Shetty, she said to pay the bill and then she would refund the deposit. When I told her I would only pay the bill of June as it wasnt my fault. She agreed, I paid the bill and closed the matter. I never got my deposit back. When I called Rima Shetty for deposit I couldnt complete my conversion due to disturbance in line. When second time I called her she never received my call. Now again I got a bill from airtel saying overdue of Rs 520 with reference of Dharam Pal Yadav. I am fed of these things. Sort it out or I else I need to file case against Airtel in consumer court for harassing me.
