Against access deduction of balance

Name of company/service: Reliance gsm

9817104555 is our home number nd my mother use this..she dont know even how msg can be read.bt companies customer care says that she use r world..thats not true..access balace deuction continue from few months…latest deduction is on 29 july,7th august 2013.when i told to rajender nd hemant which are customer care representatives of company then they told me that company will not refund your balance so you can go to consumer forum….this is too much for me…..company has only one answer for all coplaints that you have used R.WORLD….PLS take some action for such fraud companies which gave frustations to their customer..
