After Sales service from the service centre

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini PRO (SK17i) at the following service centre on 4th of June 2012 under warranty for touch screen problem:

SAP Mobile service Centre, Shop no. 2, Chandan Mansion, Gokhale Road, opp. Portugese Church, Dadar (W), Mumbai

Work order number : SE31248810829

They had promised that i will get the phone back in 7-10 days but it has been more than 55 days now and i still have not received my phone yet nor do i have any clarification on when i will get it.

I have also contacted Sony ericsson Customer care to seek help but even from them i got a pathetic response and false commitments various times.
