After Sale Service Not Given in warranty period

I am Mukesh Bitra. I purchased an IPHONE from Reliance Digital In 2018. I wanted to Buy an extended warranty from Apple. I was told by your Staff that ResQ gives you better service and offers you a replacement piece with any kind of damage whereas Apple doesn’t . I paid Rupees 6499/- Apple’s warranty was costing me 2000/- less. I went for the ResQ warranty.

Now my Handset has some problems which I submitted 1&half month ago everyday I am getting 3/4 calls everyday saying we are looking into the matter. It’s in process,

Mr KALPESH from Amt rust confirmed that he has a approval of a NEW HAND SET OF SIMILAR MODEL WHICH HE WILL SEND IT TO ME AS SOON AS HE GETS to confirm about the approval he has sent me a WHATSAPP message on 9th of September 2020, now some or the other person keeps calling and are saying that they will repair it , or refurbished phone will be given , after two year I am being provided terms & condition are these ETHICS what RELIANCE is following then i am sorry to say nobody will trust RELIANCE GROUP all the REPUTATION what MR DHIRUBHAI AMBANI HAS EARNED will go down the drains that will be very sad.
