After sale service is very poor

I have bought a samsung dvd writer on 24th, June 2013 and it not work properly hence i have lodged a complain on 1st July 2013. However i have also put up a reminder that day in the evening but no care was taken of it. I am very disappointed with the service of samsung. My Complain No is 8433793052. Samsung should really take care of their customers and mend their problem.
