Hi Team,
I own a 42” LG Cinemax 3D LED TV(LG Cinemax 3d) which has gone faulty with the problem of Motherboard. My complaint is registered with Ritesh electronic in Kalyan west and they informed that; My model part is not available anymore, so they advised me that some other model part will support and they have ordered it & I had to wait for 10 day and received no response and when I called them they told that even other model is been discontinued and no part available, then I was advise to mail the invoice and model number copy and I will get the replacement and it’s been more than a month and no response from Ritesh electronic and LG is not supporting me.
Please suggest as it’s been more than a month that I have been waiting for the response.’
