After recharge my mobile i have not found balance in my mobile, and money is deducted from my account.

I have recharged my airtel mobile 9871450577 from airtel web site using netbanking with Rs. 100 on 2 july, money is deducted from my hdfc account but i have not recieved balance in my mobile. i have contact to airtel customer care they have registered my complaint but still i have not got my money back.
