I,vidisha srivastava have booked the holiday offer from bagittoday (Order No. 277813). The completed voucher alongwith DD of Rs 750 was sent in June 2012.but it didn’t received as address was changed .even received back they didn’t think its necessary to give the address changing information number to the excising customers. now my order is going to expire in august. now no one is taking the reprehensibility.
customer care just giving number to speak but no one is attending the call
please suggest me what to do .
