Hi,
I have an MTS data card post paid connection. I have requested for closure of that connection on 29th of May.On 4th of June they have communicated me to pay outstanding of 772 Rs. By that time the account had been barred according to their mail . I have paid the outstanding and communicatd them. After that they again sent me a mail asking for clearing of 69 rs outstanding to permanently disable the account. I have again paid the amount. Then they confirmed me with reference no R12-47700831 that my request would be processed by 12 th of June. Now I have received another bill for the next cycle of 336 Rs which shows usage upto 18th of June Although I never used the connection after 28th of May. When I have communicated them regarding this with the previous mail chain, they are again telling me that my account got temporarily deactivated from 18th of June and to disable it permanently I again need to pay the outstanding. Now it seems to me like they will send me bill every month and tell me that The account did not get closed. I can also share the mail trail if required.
