Advance Rent Charged for 6 Months

Location/place: 402, Ratan Apt. Opp.Post Office Ulhasnagar – 421001

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I have taken sim card bearing mobile No.9820167511 from Vodafone. Initially 3 to 4 months the bill was correct. But suddenly i received a bill of Rs.1679.00 which pertains to advance rent for 6 months. No such thing was agreed by me at the inception and without asking me they suddenly sent me a bill of such a huge amount i was surprised and went to vodafone gallery many times for reversing the same but of no result.Till today they are calling me for the payment. I told them clearly that i m not going make the payment of the same.

i am hassled very much by them because they are calling me again and again.

You are requested to take strict action against the same.
