I have booked hotel city castle in mussoorie from 30th Sept to 2nd oct 2017 & gave advance of Rs2500/-. Now I am in Haridwar & tomorrow I am going to check in for Mussoorie. Now I came to know that they have booked same name hotel for Amritsar. I am in big trouble right now. They are saying that they will not refund my money at all. Please help.
