I have purchased a Deepcool Z5 Thermal Paste (Multicolor) from infibeam.com on 9th September 2013 and paid online in full and upfront( order # 11679162. But even after 13 days the product has not been delivered. When contacted on the number +91-79-67778777 the representative said they have transferred the issue to the respective team for quick delivery but that has not materialized.Moreover when contacted on 24 the representative behaved very badly as if it is my mistake that the product has not been delivered and i am becoming restless. They also offered me a refund but i want the item that i purchased and not the refund.
Request early resolution to this issue
