ADIT Security System Pvt. Ltd. is very bad company.If you got job in this company then plz donot go for It.
they cheat their Employees.In Interview they sai only good things but after 1 month of joining you can see that you are traped.all comments were false.
They offer you a job of Sales-Coordinator but take work of sales and Give target every month,and ADIT Security System Pvt. Ltd. force you to stay in office at late night.not only at month end,
but out of 30 t o15 days.ADIT Security System Pvt. Ltd. company do not give any salary certi.they give salary in cash,they do not allow persional mobile event not allow persional Call.
this company also do not inform and give call of employees relative if they call their son/husband/daughter.
they take work of other department like sticking posters.packing materials.and they have condition if you want salary in sleep ,condition is fill PF Form and PF will be deducted from your salary instead of company.
I really told you and warn you if you join then your career is finished.you never get time to search other job.
this Company will change your profile to sales and Marketing.The Company’s Boss is very big cheater when I talk with him he reply very Firmly bt once I have called my husband for talk they cut the phone.
Do not believe the companies any familarities.they never think about employees.this All are persional experiences.
this experience is not only by one employe but by all who join.
ADIT Security System Pvt. Ltd. is a cheater company.this is all marketing Comapny.

    I think the company should be professional and should know to keep there staff happy and not spoil there career.If the staff has done wrong he can be given warning in writing and then the co can take action.

    This is to inform to the Consumer Forum that the above blog was written just bcoz of some misunderstanding. By mistake i wrote the wrong Company Name. I heartily apologies for the problem and the inconvenience had to faced by ADIT GROUP.

    The things which are mention above about adit security system pvt ltd is true in my knowledge since me too as face same problem.
    I dont know why this people play with the career of other people.

    i am agree with wellwisher this company do fraud with his employe they also do same with me not given salary to me mr manish patel is a very big fraud they buy chinese camera and they said its a japan material its a very big cheater and nandani singh is also a part of this company .

    It is fraud, Don’t go if you are selected. They do not have respect to their employee. They treat them like “Majoor” mean labors. And yeah how can I forgot to write about Manish Patel urfe “Jay Swaminarayan”. Are yaar tum ko swaminarayan banana hai tu ban na kaun rok raha hai par doosro ke pass bhi ye expectation kaise rakh sakta hai. I am not against of the religion, I have read many books from this religion without following the region but they never said that you push others to do the same. So please grow up and think that you are hiring for the company not to push them to be Swaminarayana. I know “Manyo” will never understand, but still comment to banta hai boss.

    Things are true and so many people face the problem, i my self working for 5 years dedicatedly and in last told me they will pay my salary but they didnt paid it. for 1.5 month salary. but i think every one will have to answer on this earth only, so no need to take revange things will automatically comes their way.
    i dont understand by doing this what company will get? did they build a bunglow or buy a car ?? by using everyone? ?

    dont they have to give answer? to god?

    i think this is enough i am lil bit emotional person, but the only thing about i hurt most that i have given my 5 year with my heart and dedication, when ever company needs me i didnt see time or days, and i trieed to do my best , though this is happend to me.. so i am just asking all people weather this is right thing to do ? to play with people emotion? to play with their life? their career?

    there are so many incedent i have kept in my heart as i dont want to spoil rapuation of comapny,

    (perhaps most people will wonder am i really writing this? bcz i am the most sencior and genuine employe above all in comany and becasue all people belive i can never stand against company, but something happened which is not right so i am writing this and i dont afraid of disclosing my identity. :P)

    This past years, I really worked on improving my teamwork skills and management in ADIT SECURITY SYSTEM PVT. LTD.. I had a much better understanding of team dynamics and how to contribute more effectively in the various roles and stages of team development in ADIT Group. I attended all team meetings and completed my action items on time.
    This proved to be a key action for the team because it allowed us to understand the opportunities and limitations we faced.. On my side I had a great opportunity in ADIT SECURITY SYSTEM.. Right now I am working in my own business but all credits goes to ADIT Group. I had a great good lessons from ADIT Group for a Good Employee and Responsible Person.
    On the corporate social responsibilities our BOSS “Managing Director”, I must say greater leadership, proper listening skills, and problem solving person in the organization.

    I am very surprised to read all this negative “Comments”..
    I am Vibhuti, I was working for ADIT more than 6 years as a Sales & Marketing Head. Now I am in overseas since 2 years. This company is Great. I really appreciate that the company allows to give chance for new employee for the developing their skills. ADIT is a great place to start a career. The employees and management team are very supportive and genuine. Everyone is super helpful and attentive. The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment..
    From the business model to the culture, I’m so impressed and pleased to be working here. Loved the experience in ADIT SECURITY SYSTEM

    Don’t trust on others positive comment. They are big fraud. Specially girls should not go for it if she got selected,as girls are not safe in ADIT. MD of adit security system Mr. Manish Patel is characterless person.I cant write everything here but i hope message i want to pass will make sense. I spent 3 months in ADIT and it was biggest mistake of my life.

    They don’t know resume screening, if they short list their resume and call you interview and at in betweens interview they told you, you not having experience this positions. So i am not understand why call for interview after go through candidate resume, if they find out not suitable so why interview total time west.

    I am Ranjeet Solanki and I joined ADIT Security System PVT Ltd in 2014. During my tenure of 4 Years I had good times and good learning opportunity over there. I
    I had found good Management, HOD and colleague also they are very supportive. Initially for 2 years, my HOD was Hardik Shah but I was very uncomfortable with him because he always played politics with me & other subordinates to show that he is only working. He never let me grow in this company. Even he left without clearing the outstanding payments of the company & because of that company had to hold his payment. As he left the Company, my HOD changed and she supported me a lot to grow and my performance was getting better and better. As per company policy if anybody want to leave organization he/she has to serve one month notice period as per company norms. Recently, I left company because I got offer from nearby my native place so I just put my thoughts to management, HOD and they �understood my situation accepted my resignation and they relived me in very short period of time.
    Also last but not least I got my full amount of salary of present month, incentive and they cleared my all legal compliances too.
    One more thing which touched to my heart and created much more respect for the �company they gave me warm and lovely farewell party also, which was nice moment.
