additiopnal billing and no customer service.

I have been a vodafone platinum customer for the last 10 years. only in the last 2 month i realized when my brother told me that they were overcharging me on my bill. when i called the customer care today they refused to help me saying that i have been allotted a relationship manager , only he is suppose to help me called lovelesh. i had no idea and was never informed about my manager ever. plus i was put on a monthly rental of 1599 which does no good to my usage . and it was confirmed to me by there executive that i was put on a wrong plan and was overcharged by activating ISD pack which i have no idea about. for people like us our phone is our office and if telecom companies like vodafone don’t even have decent executives to take care of there customer its a shame. i had called the telecom customer service because i wanted to shift from vodafone to some other network. but they refused to do that too. highly ill behaved and unprofessional.
