Name of company/service: Cafe coffee day
It happened to me and my family thrice on the same day.
We ordered food over three different bills at Cafe Coffee Day outlet in Ambi Mall, Gurgaon.
Later, after leaving, while flipping through the bills, I saw in all the three bills the CCD executive had conveniently added some extra amount, in lieu with donation for Akshay Patra Foundation without our consent.
Since, we had come far, we dint go and ask for refund, however, the signage on the counter had clearly mentioned it to be donation on volunteerism.
I would request others to be vigilant. Also, I seek advice on way forward.
