Name of company/service: Airtel / prepaid services
My mobile number is 8130276997 , since its a prepaid number Airtel company activates any VAS (value added services ) without my consent and deduct the amount from the my balance amount . I have complained to them many times but every time they told me this will not repeat but this thing is not stopping .Now i am fed up complaining them ,they are not serious in settling this problem because services that are activated on mobile is for their own benefit .
Its not me who is suffering from this kind of fraud many of my friend are also facing this . So i request you please take strict action against them.
The complained that have filed with them has reference number : PRO20500006 ,dated – 5/2/2013
