Activation of unwanted packs

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

TATA DOCOMO has activated some unwanted pack on my number 7208152742 due to which amount of Rs. 42 has been deducted from my mobile balance and it has occured many times on my number. I deactivated that pack by calling tata docomo customer care and told them not to activate any pack and restore my balance but they refuse to restore my balance.
My only request to tata docomo is that stop upsetting me with your unwanted packs. Plz dont activate any pack on my number, when I need, I will call ur customer care executive and activate it and restore my balance.
The tag line of TATA DOCOMO “KEEP IT SIMPLE” does not justify its services.
