sir i have cell no 9820158773 my this no company activate without any information internet and gprs plan i am very old customer and i don”t want any internet or gprs or any other service in my cell no i am using my cell only for making and receiving call not for playing game any types of downloading last three months Vodafone company charging me unnecessary charges like download games and now this months without my information company active internet plan and charge me Rs 650 as partial rental charges when i call to customer care they can not listen they told me that only after confirmation we active this plan but they can not give me my confirmation is that any call from me or any sms from my side to active the plan please see in this matter and do the needfull
