Activation of service & deduction of amount without request from Customer

My Father A.L.Karanth aged 71yr owns a pre-paid Airtel connection 9741673757.
We are continuously seen issues with Airtel in activating services like Quran Songs, activating Games on mobile while my father had not requested for any of these services, he is using this connection only for receiving & make few personal calls.
Inspite of repeated complaints to 121 problem continue though temporarily it is resolved(immediately after the complaint).
I need objective evidence from Airtel for showing evidences of activating the service & also repay my deducted advance for no problem of my Father. This has also caused irritation with my aged Father.
