Activation of post paid connection

I am rajeev kumar & i took an Airtel Postpaid connection from Airtel Outlet, on 26/06/2012 and the dealer said that it will activate with in 72 Hours but till now it was not activated. and serial no. of my application is 9872804, and the number which he offered to me is 9818887668.
