activation of micro SIM

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Dear Sir,

I want to highlight the harassment that I have faced due to the wrong guidance given by the customer representative at the Vodafone store of andheri east, JB nagar, besides Kohinoor hotel.

My corporate mobile is 99300 65787, I had visited them yesterday to activate my micro SIM. They gave me micro SIM and assured me that it will be activated within 4 hours, they also took away my SIM card so all my calls is blocked.

The number written behind micro SIM is 89912 00015 302 15 393 5

My authorizing person Ajit Gandhi has sent an approval email to [email protected] on Aug 4 at 5 pm, still Vodafone has not activated my micro SIM

My micro sim has not been activated till now,I have made atleast 20 calls to various Vodafone helplines , I am now told that they need authorization from my corporate.

I want to know why was I not informed of this process when they took away my SIM card, I am losing my business calls because my SIM card is deactivated. Now they are telling me to visit Vodafone store or do this or that. This is the BIGGEST harassment that I am facing due to Vodafone. I think it is a punishment to be a customer of Vodafone.

Please activate my micro SIM at the earliest. I also want action against the customer rep who misguided me and assured me by giving fake promises.
