Activation of any paid service without my permission

Location/place: jind(haryana)

Name of company/service: tata docomo

sir/madam,
I have a complain regarding tata docomo for activating any service of their choice without my permission and when we call against they return my balance just 10 min later they activate another paid service and now they did not recieve my call. The call automatically cut itself I dont know whats the reason. Please help me.
