SIR I AM JAGAN MOHAN REDDY, GOT CONNECTION FROM AIRTEL VIDE No.7893449999, I APPLIED FOR MIGRATION MY CONNECTION FROM POST PAID TO PREPAID ON 10-01-2013 AFTER COMPALINT ON AIRTEL IN CONSUMER FORUM THEY AT LAST THEY CONVERTED MY CONNECTION FROM POST TO PREPAID ON 06-03-2013, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND OUTLET OFFICE AT MEHIDIPATNAM, FOR ACTIVATION MY CONNECTION THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS TO GET DETAILS OF MY CONNECTION, I CALLED 3-4 TIME WITH CUSTOMERCARE PEPOLE INCLUDE FLOOR MANAGER WEHN EVER I AM CALLING THEY SAYING 24 HOURS TO GET DETAILS ALREADY 3 DAYS OVER BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING, I AM NOT USING MY NO SINCE 2 MONTHS. KINDLY I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST YOU TO LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER WITH AIRTEL AND TAKE SEVIOUR ACTION AGIANST THEM KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.
