Activated BSNL Hungama services without our confirmation.

Hi,

BSNL Hungama services are activated without our acceptance. We got call from Customer Case executive we said we are not interested, but executive collected required information by telling she wants to verify the details and activated the services without our confirmation.

Regarding this we sent and E-Mail to support team, they are telling it was activated on our interest, I asked for proof they are not providing because they do not have proof.

I requested the to provide an evidence or return the money charged but support team not doing either of this.
