Activated 3G plan of 500/month,without asking me.

Hi,
I want to draw your kind attention towards fraud act of VODAFONE post paid. I brought Sony Xperia 2 months back so I got 8GB 3G plan free. I didnt get enough speed, and thus I raised many complaints,2378573780, 2368717586 however I didnt get proper resolution. They were giving excuses. like give us some time etc etc. Today I got a message that unlimited plan of 500 Rs has been activated.However I didnt asked them to do so.I am trying again and again to ask them , they are not giving me any valid response as to who asked them to activate it. They have no answer,I had a word with Aman 011-7171111 because they are doing fraud here.
