Dear sir,
we have buy a new group connection with 12Nos SIM Card from Bharti Airtel Ltd for our firm DSIGN4U since Feb-2012. Bharati Airtel added other value added services to our all nos.without our verbal or written permission. we have surprised as we show the bill. without our written & verbal confirmation how can add the other rental services by the airtel. our bill amount is continuously increasing month by month. immediately we lodged the complaint to 121 voice mail service & email to [email protected] of bharati airtel but no satisfactory response from airtel. we had also complaint to nodal officer & appellate council of bharati airtel. after long time they respond that we should send the request letter for deactivation of all value added rental services. we replied them how can say in written request to us for deactivation of ur VAS services which was not our mistake. this is airtel fault & bearing a loss by us for that mistake. we have paid approximately Rs. 6000/- above for extra rental services since march month onwards. we have mailed them scan copy of request letter with our letter head for deactivation of any other extra services except our plan but no response till date. what should we do for that.
please help us in this regards.
