My snapdeal order no. is: ” 2603161069″ placed on 11th Aug 2014. The shipment is lost in the way and traceable since 24th Aug 2014. Though they have got confirmation from the courier service that the shipment for this order is lost and I called them 5-6 times they are just fooling me and saying within 48hrs your refund will be initiated. And still I am waiting to initiate and then it will take 5-7 more days to credit in my account.
