I had opened my Equity account with SMC Global 9 months back. AT the time of account opening agent told me if I pay 10K as margin money then there will not be any charges for account opening. I followed him and given him cheque of 10K rs. After account opened I got information that 500 Rs has been taken from my account as account opening charges. I have contacted to agent n nos of time but he did not helped me out from this. I have also contacted to the customer care they told me send a mail to customer care and she provided me a mail id. I sent a mail as per her suggestion. I received response 1 time and they asked for more details. When I sent full details they are not replying me. I had sent reminder mail 4 times. Please help me out of this. Apart from this I have also noticed some times (in a month) undefined charges are taken by SMC which is 15-20 Rs. This was not mentioned at the time of account opening. Agent told me only yearly charges will be taken.
