I am a existing customer of IDBI bank.my existing Account no is 113510400002597* . In 16th june 2015 me and my wife go to my bank and asking them about a joint Account. then as rule i have submitted all documents and also give a cheque of 2500 in favour of idbi bank.and then they told me between 15 days i will get my passbook,cheque book,and debit card. But till now they wont do anything,but my cheque has been debited in 18th june 2015.
I already contact that branch several times. And every time the bank officials asking me to wait.
Plz help. I really feel frustrated.
