Account debit but cash not received

Dear sir
i have make a transaction of rupees 2000 for punjab national bank ATM from Sarhali kalan(taran taran) situated atm at 12:53 am.i have not received any amont but my account would be debit for 2000 rupees.i have complaint to custer care mant time my complaint number is(60020958)..but no solution.i will meet to sarhali kalan pnb branch manager directly.but no response gave by him.
