Access Bill by Tata Docomo for 3G Data usage where as I’m using 2G plan

Hi,

I’m using Tata Docomo Post paid mobile services for last 1 and half year.
I’ve never requested for any 3G Data services on my Mobile No: +91-9036011990
(KARNATAKA GSM POSTPAY UNL Plan Rentals).
In fact when in my Hand set it started showing 3G Network I’ve given
multiple complains regarding this to Tata Docomo Customer Care.
This no I’ve been using for last more than a year and I’m on same data plan (Plan GSM GPRS 1.5GB@99 Pack Monthly Rental).

All of a sudden I’m getting charged for 3G data a huge amount INR 14789 in July 2014 bill.
Where as whatever settings from Tata Docomo customer care executives were
provided to me I was with same settings.

This much bill is beyond my expectations and I’m not at all able to pay
this.
It seems because of some technical problem from the service provider side or wrong
information provided to me regarding settings I’m charged for 3G data.
Also since when due to some technical mistake 3G is activated my data usage has increased whereas I’m using same applications in my mobile as earlier I was using in 2G.

As I never requested for 3G I am wrongly charged for 3G usage.
Now my outgoing they have barred and unnecessarily I’m being forced to pay INR 14789 for 3G data usage.

Please help me immediately.
