ACCESS AMOUNT DEBITED FROM CREDIT CARD AGAINST ACTUAL BILL

I am having IDEA mobile no : 9879242880 earlier with Operator Vodafone than I switched to IDEA CUG plan through GSFC corporate plan.
Once I have received a call from HDFC credit card section asking for Utility and insurance payments through smart pay. They ask me the personal mobile nos I have and I registered my no 9879242880 along with registration for LIC.
1. On 19.02.2015 surprisingly my credit card account debited by Rs.40,308.29/- for IDEA bill payment although my IDEA bill amount is Rs.62.07/- only.

2. As I came to know regarding this on 20.02.2015, I immediately approached IDEA office at GSFC-consumer society in GSFC Vadodara town ship. They have informed that the total bill amount of GSFC consumer society for IDEA is recovered from my credit card and advice to contact Shri Asfaqbhai Dabhoiwala from IDEA who is account executive for GSFC consumer society.

3. I immediately called IDEA executive Mr. Asfaq Dabhoiwala he informed to email the matter to him to his company registered email ID: [email protected] . I emailed him on the same day. He informed that the matter will be resolved soon as my actual bill is of Rs. 62.07/- only.

4. I several times called Mr Ashfaqbhai also email ( 20.2.15, 26.2.15, 12.3.15, 15.3.15 and 20.3.15) him for settling the issue at earliest but every time the matter is delayed telling me the “ matter will be resolved soon”

5. On 19.3.15 morning I again called Mr. Ashfaq but he gave poor response as usual. I pressurize him to resolved the issue then he arrange a con-call with IDEA officer at Ahmadabad. I put my words that How smart pay is confirmed by IDEA for whole consumer society customers against my no. 9879242880. Again at surprise IDEA informed that IDEA have hired “Bill desk” for e-payments. And they informed that my number is registered under common account no and the total amount under this common account reflects as bill amount on my no 9879242880 (this is totally misguiding system developed by IDEA). They inform me to contact HDFC bank for reversal of amount telling me that if some dispute rose to IDEA bill desk they will revert the amount to my credit card.

6. I immediately called HDFC customer care they inform me to ask GSFC consumer society for refund of access paid amount. Here also I asked for”How Smart pay is confirmed”. I request HDFC to send dispute up to IDEA bill desk. And then HDFC inform me to fill up a “dispute form” and send a signed –scanned copy to their [email protected] . Same is sent on 19.3.2015. But looking to no response from HDFC I contacted HDFC customer care several times describing the matter to all the customer care representative come up on customer care line (No single person to address and settle the issue.)

7. At the same time I emailed the matter to GSFC consumer society also as HDFC bank is reverting the issue to GSFC consumer society.

8. IDEA have come up for settlement on HDFC dispute at IDEA bill desk but now HDFC is delaying and hence I forwarded the email from IDEA executive to HDFC’s credit card dispute email ID as informed by their customer care representative on cust care phone line on 24.3.2015.
The matter is thrown here to there by all agencies involved not considering the huge amount involved in it
The due date for payment of my credit card bill is 27.03.2015 and being a salaried class person I am not able to pay such huge amount and that is again not at my mistake.
I request to take up the matter with agencies involved particularly with IDEA and HDFC so that the amount can be easily reverted as proposed by IDEA.
