AC not wrking

I lodged a complaint for my split AC repair on 19th June 2012 at 2:59 pm. My request ID is RNA120619070427. I was told that te engineer would contact me within 2 hours and my complaint would be attended within 24 hrs. Now almost 48 hrs have expired but nobody has contacted me yet. This is not the first time I am facing this problem as most. As most of my household products are of LG, I have to face alot of problem in getting them repaired. I think LG is incapable of providing after sales services to its customers. I really repent i have chosen LG products for my home. My friends who use appliances of other brands like Samsung etc. aren’t facing such problems. I think LG should consider this problem and do something to deal with it.
