ac not working since 1 year

I had a complain against tata motor (service center).i am surfing in my car since one year,i am showing this problem 6 to 8 time in tata motor service center (b d motor.asansol)and Rs.90000/-i had pay for. but problem is not solve till now plz do the needful..
