AC not working properly

This is T. Satyanarayana Murty working in International Paper, recently have purchases Whirlpool AC (3D cooling, from the starting the sensor connectivity from Remote to AC was not in good condition. As this was new I could not understand the problem later on I under stood, earlier twice have given complaint, as there was the problem some times it work some times it doesnot work, at the time of attending the problem by the technician it was working. Again the same problem in the nights. The same I have lodged the complaint on 14th Oct ’12. Complaint number is HD10127237. No one attended to solve the problem. I started following up with customer care for a week, they were saying tomorrow our technician is coming to solve the problem, like this one week passed. On 22nd Oct ’12 have called up customer care, they said “the problem is with the remote, already ordered for replacement, by next monday (i.e. 29th Oct ’12) the problem will be resolved. Today on 31st Oct ’12 have called up customer care as the no one attended the problem. They are again saying “this is under observation, by tomorrow our technician will attend you to solve the problem”. So far no one has attended to check how come this is under observation. I understood that they are making me fool by saying some thing. I request you to lodge a complaint on this and take necessary action on them.
