Ac is not Working and no refund

I am travelling from ahmedabad to Pune on 30 th Nov 15 through DEEP Travels Bus and book the ticket for AC bus but after half a journey AC is not working once bus comes in Mumbai i had ask driver to refund the money he said call the Booking agency in Ahmedbad where the tickets are booked so they never let blame came on their company so my humble request to all never travel through this company bus. Same is the case for Parashvanath Travel C/0 Shreenathji Travel coming from Mount Abu to Ahmedabad started at 10.30 a.m to reach ahmedabad at 4.00 p.m but because of bus breakdown in himmatnagar around 3.00 p.m and driver ask their company office to send the bus from ahmedabad but company owner never send the bus and we wait till 8.00 p.m to pick up by their another bus and they never return the money for the remaing journey till admedbad so my request you to all never travel through these travel company buses.
