I had bought a Hitachi 1.5 Ton Window AC last year. I got the AC serviced by the authorised service personnel by calling the HItachi Service Center on 079-30414747. The AC was working fine before the service on the 12th of June.
After the service the AC has not been working and I lodged a complaint again on the 17th of June. After multiple follow-ups a service engineer visited my house again on the 6th of July. He informed us that due to faulty servicing water has gone to the motor and the motor has to be replaced.Despite several follow-ups and emails no one from Hitachi AC company has come to repair the AC. This when the AC is in the warranty period. Don’t know what will happen when the AC goes out of warranty. I wish I never got the AC serviced as it was working fine before the service. Or why did I buy a Hitachi first of all.
