We are having a window a/c from Samsung electronics which has stopped functioning since 2/6/12. We had got one engineer to visit our place on 5/6/12, according to whom the compressor of the a/c has stopped functioning.
He adviced us to lodge a complaint for changing of the compresson which was lodged on the 6/6/12 vide complaint no. – 8422182174. My father has been following up with the call center ever since for getting the issue resolved but the call is not being acted upon. As my father is a cancer patient and this excessive heat adversely effects his health, we had requested repeatedly to the Samsung authorities to get the a/c repaired at the earliest.
The a/c is still non functional and no one is attending the call.
