We have purchased split A/c 1 ton from Snehanjali, Nalasopara (W) in the month of April-2011. it works properly for 1 year and now in the month of May 2012, it started giving problems like hell. We called technicians more than 10 times, and everyone gives us different reasons. Some says Motor is not working, some said fan is damages, one said compressor kharab hai, other one said tripper is not ok, and one fellow said Stabilizer is not working. Its been a month that we are facing this problem. It is now high time, i need my money back and i will better take some other company A/c. LG has given us used and defective A/c and cheated us. We lost our hard earned money.
