Sir I have purchased voltas AC in last year in the month of May 2017 and on 20th May I have complaint the company for AC not working properly. As confirmed by them we have to raise complaint on the customer service and on 24th May 18 we have raised compliant to service centre and compliant no was 18052402896 and none of the engineer visited till date for attending the complaint. One engineer came on 25th May but he came at 8:00 pm which is irrelevant as he just visited of his papers only. He said that he visited again but none of the engineer visited till date to attend the call.
My AC warranty is for one year and it will elapsed on next month so please depute someone to visit the place and attend the call on priority.
