My Name is Bijender. I am a government employee. I purchased an AC on 19th June 2012 of Videocon Company. It was in a warranty period but the company professional is not taking it seriously. I complaint on 2nd May with the complaint no is DEL0205130098, 10th May DEL1005130006. I have complaint 2 times or more but no action has been taken seriously. Please help me out in this regarding. I will be so thankfull to you.
