DESPITE REPEATED CALLS TO THE CALL CENTRE: 39889000 & REPEATED CALLS TO 9891416222 (THE PERSON WHO ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT ON 02/06/2012 & WHO ALSO TOOK AMC FROM Rs. 1600/- + Rs. 400/- AS SERVICE CHARGE) THE COMPLAINT IS AS IT WAS BEFORE. THE AC IS STILL NOT WORKING, THIS IS CHEATING & FOOLING THE CUSTOMER.
SAME DAY ANOTHER PERSON FROM ONIDA CAME TO RECTIFY THE COMPLAINT MOBILE NO. 7827196726, AGAIN HE SAID THAT NOW AC IS WORKING FINE & HE HAS RECTIFIED THE COMPLAINT, BUT SAME EVENING WHEN AC WAS SWITCHED ON, SAME PROBLEM PERSISTED.
AFTER THIS I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING WITH ALL THE ABOVE 3 NOS. BUT ONLY FALSE PROMISES ARE BEING GIVEN.
IT IS NOW MORE THAN 15 DAYS & WE ARE PAYING THE PRICE OF BUYING AN ONIDA AC.
I CONTACTED AGAIN THE CALL CENTRE ON 05/06/2012 & WAS GIVEN NEW COMPLAINT NO. 12069666380210 AS THE OLD COMPLAINT NO. WAS CLOSED (ACCORDING TO THEM).
UNBELIEVABLE – PATHETIC – SERVICE – IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY WHO HAS NOT CARED TO REPLY TO MY MAIL.
