My name is Priyanka, this is to bring to your kind notice that from a week i am getting a phone call from a lady named PRIYA. she makes a phone and says that she is a judge in tis hazari court and there is a balance of INR 1210 which is due on our part. i had paid the entire amount and explained her that on 19th NOVEMBER my laptop bag was stolen from my car in which that Reliance Data card was also there and there is a complaint which has been made to DWARKA police station(NCR NO 1455/2011) the compliant clearly states that my laptop bag is stolen by all my important papers and misc belongings. In spite of telling her the truth i requested her to give the fax no so that i can fax that document to her or if possible she can give me her email id. but she became so abusive that i cannot even write all that stuff but fortunately i managed to record her voice with all that abusive stuff and moreover stating that she is a judge in tis hazari. As soon as after this police compliant for my bag stolen i went to RELIANCE STORE which was in CHITRANJAN PARK and requested him to close the connection immediately and showed him my complaint letter at that very moment he said ma’am you have to fill up the request form to get this connection closed.I filled up the entire form and gave it back to him and paid whatever balance dues was there. The Reliance store owner also informed me that i would be receiving the call from reliance to reconfirm the closure for this number and i had received the calls 3-4 times after few days and i informed them also to close my number. The person confirmed me over the phone that this number is closed now and i have to pay the last bill of Rs 260/- which was generated and which i did and paid in Dwarka sector 5 and i have the receiving of that paid bill also.Just to inform you that i was a good pay master and paid all my bill in advance you can check reliance records for the same. moreover i trusted the Relaince store manager in C.R. PARK and applied for new connection and now using that as well and again as i mention earlier i pay all my bills for Reliance Data Card in ADVANCE and even for two months in advance. Being you loyal and honest customer this type of torturer and mental agony RELIANCE is giving for nothing.
