Abuse language used by operator

Name of company/service: Reliance communication

Respected sir/madam, The reliance telecom are claiming rs 1695 due on me which is not true liability of mine.when bill was asked of the data used by us which they are claiming,they used the third language on phone while talking which was answered in same quality by us.This is not correct way to talk to customer.kindly see to it.Thanking you.
